New SSX screens see the Law of Gravity as more of a loose guideline

We've got some new screens for EA's upcoming SSX reboot (courtesy of NeoGAF), in which the designers appear to have been so busy making the characters and background look extra-nice that they're apparently forgotten to add any ground beneath your feet. Or, more likely it's just a loooong way down - and assuming this game build incorporates EA's new Harmony music system, getting altitude like this will make your music sound pretty freakin' mental.

If you've preordered SSX ahead of its February 14 release date, head to the game's Facebook page for a chance to win a t-shirt that you'd die wearing if you wore up a mountain. Scan or photograph your preorder receipt and send it in to EA to be in the running for a shirt, which will be given away one per day for the next 50 days - or up until just before the game's release. Here's our recent interview with the game's art director, Geoff Coates, in which he explains that even series regulars will find plenty of surprises in the new title.
