Need For Speed: Most Wanted - 45 wince-inducing smashes

On paper, Need For Speed: Most Wanted is not the best game with which to make a crash montage. The fully licensed cars don't turn banana-shaped like their Burnout Paradise equivalents, so you'd expect accidents to look unrealistic and dull. Wrong. As this collection shows, Criterion can make even license-restricted collisions look beautiful.

If you enjoyed this, we've got loads of other crashes videos. How about 50 smashes in F1 2012, 25 unbelievable flips spins and smashes in DiRT 3 or just Gaming car crashes through the ages?

Or, if you'd rather know more about Need For Speed: Most Wanted, why not see how the Vita version is closer to the PS3/360 version than you'd think or 20 things to do in the first hour of Need For Speed: Most Wanted.

Boom! You really cannot beat a good smash montage. Some of the damage did look a little restrained, but at least the cause and effect/collision physics appeared to be pretty well implemented (so much rolling!) Also the one falling into the dark abyss with the shrinking headlight beam was marvellous.
