You've had a good few hours to get used to the idea of Nintendo's 3DS slide-pad, so let's take a look at one of the first titles confirmed to take advantage of the peripheral: Konami's 3D remake of modern classic Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. A few new screens for the game confirm that there are lots of jungles in Snake Eater and they'll look just fine on 3DS. Beyond that, there's also a look at the game's gyroscope balancing acts, another glimpse of the skydiving sequence, and a logo that's not messing about.
The 3D version of Snake Eater still won't speak English until sometime in 2012, though Japanese players will be able to assess just how much of a difference the slide pad makes to the game in November. These new glimpses probably don't offer too much beyond what you already know – but if Konami's running out of new things to tease you with, it can only mean good things for the prompt release of the potential system-seller.
