Daniel Radcliffe may have made millions playing Harry Potter, but he’s admitted in a new interview that acting doesn’t come naturally to him.

During a talk with Virgin Media, the actor revealed that he probably landed the part of Harry because of his resemblance to the boy wizard.

“I think there's a perception that we got the parts because we looked right,” he says. “I think that's probably quite fair.”

Radcliffe goes on to add that he didn’t rank himself alongside other child actors who drew rave reviews for their on-screen performances.

“Acting is something that I don't necessarily think comes naturally to me,” he confesses.

“Certainly not as natural as it does to, say, Haley Joel Osment or Dakota Fanning, who were just giving full-blown adult performances at the age of ten.”

Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows – Part 2 opens this Friday 15 July. After that, Radcliffe will star in chiller The Woman In Black , which opens 10 February 2012.
