Inversion: Three new trailers preview topsy-turvy multiplayer hijinks

Here's three newly-revealed multiplayer gameplay trailers for Namco Bandai's upcoming Inversion, showing how the game's shifting gravitational forces can be exploited for fun and online points. Things start out safe enough for Gears of War veterans, but the title's signature up-downing powers don't take long to become apparent.

Having withstood a brief delay to ensure all the ceilings could be walked on and character models displayed just the right attitude of bewildered terror, Inversion is set to release at the end of March. You may wish to put your television in a tumble-dryer and boot up your shooter of choice while you get some practice in (don't actually do this)...

It does look pretty, I just wish it looked more fluid. That is what I was expecting when I saw the trailer. I was also hoping for the topsy tervy gravity play where any direction can equal down. I hope more of that is shown. This game will still sell well though. Just need more marketing behind it.

Yeah looks like a shitty gears of war with powers.

Looks new and innovative, but would likely piss me off. Campaign would seem to be fun if so though.
