Latitude Festival 2014 takes music fans to the movies

Latitude Festival 2014 is kicking off from 17-20 July and as an official partner, Total Film will be in attendance putting our hands in the air with the best of them.

Latitude isn’t just about the awesome music, though – it also has plenty for film fans.

First up, there’s documentary Beyond Clueless . Inspired by the genre-defining teen flick starring Alicia Silverstone, it’s set in a US high school and boasts a soundtrack by Summer Camp, who’ll play live along with the film.

On top of that, there’s esteemed last-night comedy with Keith Allen’s Establishment Club, while Teeth Of The Sea present their audio-visual interpretation of George Orwell’s 1984.

Plus author Jon Ronson, author of The Men Who Stare At Goats , will be in the Literary Tent.

Total Film will also be hosting a Q&A with a top-secret movie guest, details of which will be announced at a later date, along with other film-related highlights.
