To be honest, we haven’t been all that excited about the post-millennium reworking of Wes Craven’s slasherific A Nightmare on Elm Street .
The full trailer, released some weeks back, did little to stir our inner hellraiser. And, apart from that, buzz has been minimal.
But now a behind the scenes look at the film has popped up on YouTube, and seems a little more promising.
Lifted from the US DVD release of The Final Destination , it’s basically an extended trailer with added juicy visuals and some soundbites from those involved.
All the Elm Street staples are present and correct – bathtub attack, bloody body bag at school - as well as a few new tricks (the eyes have it).
We also get a glimpse at new Krueger Jackie Earle Haley in the make-up chair.
