When we think of SingStar, we think of two things - statuesque folk, mumbling incoherently into a mic with all the energy of narcoleptic or posturing show-offs who've been practicing their Erasure act in their parent's bathroom mirror. But it seems there's much more out there.

Just a quick flick through the millions of videos uploaded to SingStar's SingStore - is like peering into a kaleidoscope filled with madness and cringe-worthy performances. From Michael Jackson impersonators to singing bread, it's a terrifying rollercoaster ride of 'look at me' wannabes. But we're only too willing to oblige. So here's a one-stop shop of our 14 favourite stand-out acts. Enjoy.

    There is another Chewbacca video on there with the same guy doing the Scissor Sisters song like the Stormtrooper.

    Also, me and my brother have a video up there were why got into a wrestling match while playing when he tried to cheat by hitting me in the nuts while we were playing. I called it "Full Contact SingStar".

    Some of those actually hurt my throat 'cos of the laughter... Especially the wookie one!
    This is probably why I will never get this game... I'm bad enough with my Rock Band videos!

    2 things.
    1. I'm scarred for life because of that red speedo ping-pong ball guy. (Hope I never have to type THAT again)
    2. Chewbacca was epic. But it still couldnt clean the stain from my eyes after speedo man.
