Brand new trailer for The Dark Knight Rises
The latest trailer for The Dark Knight Rises has been released, reminding us that superhero movies aren’t all going to be shiny and bright this year. It’s a fine bit of work though, with ominous music, Anne Hathaway delivering her lines in slyly feline style, and a real sense of dread emnating from Bane. It also throws up a couple of questions: with so much footage of Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s John Blake, could he be more than just a cop? And of course, there's the big question - will Bane break Batman’s back? There are several hints to it: Bane holding a broken Bat faceplate, the line “Faith is broken”, and Bane telling Batman that his punishment must be more severe than death…
Spoiler bombardment for Trek fans
TrekMovie have reported three big spoilers (look away now if you don’t want to know more) for the Star Trek sequel, including confirmation of the fact that Leonard Nimoy is returning. In stately robes, no less... On top of this, they're claiming that Benedict Cumberbatch is indeed playing Khan, the role originally offered to Benecio del Toro. Lastly, they reckon that Klingons, cut from the 2009 film, will be appearing this time around.

New cartoon Tron: Uprising gets a trailer
There’s a new trailer for Tron: Uprising , the upcoming Disney XD cartoon, and it certainly looks the part. As good-looking and cool-sounding as the 2010 film, and probably with more storyline, the series starts 7 June. The trailer shows a program (voiced by Elijah Wood) determined to inspire a revolution of The Grid against the oppressive Lord Clu, by resurrecting the name of Tron. Like Zorro, but with light-cycles.

Andrew Garfield looks worried, Spider-Man looks arrested, Emily Blunt looks angry with a shotgun, Joseph Gordon-Levitt looks slightly odd as a young Bruce Willis, while Bruce Willis looks like himself - complete with white T-shirt and gun. Yippee-ki-yay...
