Sinister 2 has released a creepy new teaser to tie in with Father’s Day, in which a weird little girl gives her old man the gift of a sledgehammer… seemingly to the side of his head.
“Night night daddy,” she says unnervingly before the camera pulls away to show said father splayed out on the floor. If yesterday had you growing tired of all those Facebook images of people’s dads, then this is the teaser for you…

The new film will see the malevolent spirit of Bughuul causing more unpleasantness as Shannyn Sossamon and her two young sons move into an isolated country house and soon discover their realtor hasn’t quite given them the full picture… Directed by Ciarán Foy and co-scripted by original helmer Scott Derrickson, Sinister 2 will open in the UK and US on 21 August 2015.
