Black Friday iPad deals will officially start on November 27 this year, but we often see sales ramping up from the start of the month and the last few years have seen discounts landing as early as October. Amazon starts this party with its Fall Prime members sale, and we typically see a decline in prices from then until official sales kick off.

If you're itching for a taste of Apple's latest tablet lineup it can be difficult to work out exactly which Black Friday iPad deals you should be aiming for this year. To find out which model will suit you best, you first need to ask yourself what you plan on doing with your device. Each iPad is (fairly) neatly separated into several different use cases, so it's easy to work out whether you can pick up a cheap 9th generation model or go for something with a little more power under the hood.

iPad A16 - you want an everyday device for streaming, web browsing, note-taking, and lighter gaming, but don't need the expensive M-Series chipset.

Ultimately, it's particularly difficult to chart price predictions for Black Friday iPad deals in 2026 - we haven't faced such widespread cost increases like this in a long time. Overall, though, the best case scenario is we see discounts taking us slightly below each model's previous MSRP. It's more realistic, however, that we'll end up somewhere between each device's original launch price and the inflated rates we see today, especially in the case of the Air model.

Black Friday iPad deals are extremely competitive - especially if you're aiming for one of the more powerful Pro or Air models. We'd also class the new Mini in this category as well, as the dinky tablet packs a serious punch and is proving particularly popular.
