Vespiquen is your heavy hitter in this deck, capable of doing 140 damage if you discard one of your Pokemon from your bench. That's actually not too bad a sacrifice - your opponent won't get any points from that, and it can actually be a way to remove weak cards from play so your opponent can't use Cyrus or bench-hitting attacks to KO them.
Otherwise, the strategy of play is pretty straightforward. Start with Shuckle ex for the early endurance, building up to Vespiquen on the bench with Fragrant Forest and other draw cards. This shouldn't take long (it's a low energy deck), before you can then bring the big bug out and start hitting for major damage.
