Wattson’s passive isn’t the greatest, but it can be helpful if you and your team are in a desperate situation. Her passive - Spark of Genius - lets her use an Ultimate Accelerant to fully charge up her ultimate. While the Ultimate Accelerant can charge up other Legend’s ultimate, it rarely fully charges it. This is beneficial for Wattson as her ultimate, the Interception Pylon, can destroy incoming grenades, arc stars and thermite, as well as ultimate abilities such as Gibraltar and Bangalore’s air strikes.

Electric fences deactivate for you and your team - worried about running through your own fences? Don’t be. Your fences know when it’s you and your team and deactivate when you’re nearby. For that reason, maybe don’t stand by them when you’re in a firefight with an enemy team that’s close by. They may take advantage of that.
Interception Pylon is neutral - like most ultimates, it doesn’t matter if you’re friend or foe, if you’re in their range then you’re going to get hurt. For Wattson’s ultimate, enemy grenades may fizzle out, but so do yours. The same goes for ultimates and shields. If you’re not careful, the enemy team may benefit just as much as you.
Always keep an Ultimate Accelerant on you - Even if you don’t think you’re going to use it, you’ll be surprised at how useful they can be if you’re in a terrible situation and need a leg-up with extra defence. Use that Ultimate Accelerant and bam, you’ve got your ultimate and the upper hand.
