Captain Marvel's Brie Larson schools up on the comic book dressed as Carol Danvers
Now that we've received official confirmation that Brie Larson is joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Captain Marvel, the Oscar-winning actress has shared a pic revealing exactly how she's preparing for the role. She's not yet taken any flight lessons to get in character, but the photo shows she's doing the next best thing. The tweeted image shows Larson dressed up as Carol Danvers while reading a Captain Marvel comic:

Larson's excitement for the part is apparent if you check out her social media accounts in recent weeks. Since Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige brought her out on stage at San Diego Comic Con, the actress has posted several pieces of fan art of herself as Captain Marvel. She definitely looks the part and I for one can't wait to see the first official pic of her in Danvers' uniform.
Captain Marvel is set to fly into theaters on March 8, 2019.
