Marvel one-shot Agent Carter has released a first couple of images alongside a first official poster, as Hayley Atwell reprises her role as Agent Peggy Carter.
The short film will apparently serve to link the events of Iron Man 3 and Captain America: The Winter Soldier , with Peggy on the trail of mysterious villain, Zodiac.
Dominic Cooper will also be on hand to reprise his role as Howard Stark (Tony's father), while other familiar faces are also set to make a return. Not that Marvel is telling who just yet...
The new images aren't terribly revelatory, simply showing Atwell back in costume alongside Bradley Whitford as her boss, Flynn. However, the first poster is brilliant, a pleasingly retro take on the classic pulp novel.
Agent Carter will be screened for the first time at Comic-Con later this month, before popping up as an extra of the Iron Man 3 Blu-ray...
