Ubisoft has confirmed a Call of Juarez: Gunslinger release date of May 22. The game will cost £11.99 on PSN and PC and 1200 MSP (£10.28) on Xbox Live. Those who pre-order the digital PC version will gain immediate access to the second entry in the series, Call Of Juarez: Bound in Blood, while Uplay pre-orders will grant players access to an exclusive weapons pack.
In a departure for the series, 2011’s Call of Juarez: The Cartel took place in a modern day setting, but Gunslinger brings the action back to the Wild West with a series of tales surrounding legends of the era. Players relive the exploits of bounty hunter Silas Greaves, who had run-ins with some of the West’s most notorious outlaws including Pat Garret, Jesse James and Butch Cassidy.
