World 2-5: Lantern Ghost Grotto       

Red Coin 1: After grabbing the second flower, smash your way down on the rightmost of the three blocks underneath Yoshi for the first red coin.

Red Coin 2: Bash your way through to the coins in the upper left of the screen for another red coin.

Red Coin 3 and 4: Use an egg to smash the blocks to the right access red coins in this area.

Red Coin 5 and 6: Make your way down the right side for 2 red coins. You may want to utilise eggs here to prevent speeding past coins on an unstoppable downwards trajectory.

Red Coin 7 and 8: When you reach the long line of coins, swap over to the left side and head downwards to collect the coins here for 2 more red coins.

Star 1 – 5: When you switch to the left and head down, you’ll find a hidden ‘?’ cloud full of stars.

Red Coin 9 and 10: Continue down and collect the coins on either side of the locked blue door to get 2 red coins.

Star 6 – 10: Be sure you have at least 2 eggs handy when you reach the blue door at the bottom. After you smash the ground beneath it, the door and Yoshi will fall down to the floor below. To the upper right is a Lantern Ghost. Shoot 2 eggs at the stone boulder to get it to crack, gobble him up when he falls, poop him out as an egg and shoot him into the ‘?’ cloud above for 5 stars.

Red Coin 11 and 12: Unlock the blue door with the key from the crate to the left and collect the coins circling the first spike trap for 2 red coins.

Red Coin 13 and 14: Using the bouncy ball, jump up to the second spike trap and grab the coins around it for 3 more red coins.

Star 11 – 20: Activate the Middle Ring to the left of the spike trap for 10 stars.

Flower 3: Jump up to the next platform and head up on the bouncy balls. At the top, go left to find the hidden ‘?’ cloud that contains a flower.

Red Coin 15 – 17: Head back to the right. The '?' cloud to the right of the Egg-Plant will prompt some gold coins to appear around the spike trap. Collect them all to pick up 3 red coins.

Flower 4: The ‘?’ cloud by the Egg-Plant will also make a flower appear along with the coins.

Red Coin 18: Stand on the Donut Block platform underneath this spike trap and let it fall away to reach the 2 coins on top of the warp pipe to get a red coin.

Star 21 – 30: Pop down the warp pipe and smash the crates to find 5 stars in each one.

Star 31 – 35: Exit the warp pipe and keep going right and over the Donut Block platform. When you reach the second Fang, fire an egg into the air from the edge of this platform and a hidden ‘?’ cloud containing 5 stars will appear.

Flower 5: Grab the key from the '?' cloud to the right, go all the way to the left and through the destructible blocks to find the hidden '?' cloud that contains the locked blue door and exit this area. Traverse the giant bouncy balls to reach the last flower.

Red Coin 19 and 20: The last area of the level is lined with coins. The drop at the end will reward you with 2 red coins. Just be ready to switch from the right to the left as Yoshi falls.
