How to find the Black Flag Resynced Isla Providencia treasure
If you can't reach Isla Providencia in Black Flag Resynced, here's how you get there and where to find the treasure
The Black Flag Resynced Isla Providencia location is a Mayan temple island that the Nassau Warehouse treasure map leads to. The problem? The Animus doesn't let you go there unless you've completed a particular quest in Black Flag Resynced's main story, resulting in a forced desynchronization if you attempt to sail the Jackdaw to the island's shore. So, to help you reach Isla Providencia and complete the relevant treasure map, I've explained how to unlock it and where the buried treasure is below.
How to get to Isla Providencia in Black Flag Resynced
Isla Providencia is a Mayan Temple island on the southern border of the map, southwest of Kingston, at (487, 23). To gain access to the island, you need to play through almost two-thirds of the main questline to get to the Vainglorious Bastards quest – you can check out the full Black Flag Resynced mission list here to see how far along you are.
Complete this short and simple sailing quest and you'll then be spat out on Isla Providencia for the next mission called 'Mutiny'. Once you complete this mission, you can travel to and from Isla Providencia as you please.

Now that you've hopefully made it to Isla Providencia, you can dig up the buried treasure. You need to head to the three palm trees clustered together near a small rocky outcrop along the beach at (487, 11).
The dig spot is right in front of the middle tree, so follow the button prompt to rip the chest from the sand, bagging you the Govenor's Outfit – one of many Black Flag Resynced outfits – and 2,000 Reales.
Note that you can dig this treasure up during the 'Mutiny' quest or you can come back to Isla Providencia later to dig it up. While you're this far south, you may also want to look for the Black Flag Resynced Grand Cayman chest and clear out all the chests in the Black Flag Resynced Anotto Bay smuggler's den.
