If you consider video game music on par with the like of Beethoven and Vivaldi, get your best evening wear ready: Symphonic Fantasies, a live orchestral performance of music from Square Enix games like Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts, is coming to London on October 6, 2016, and tickets are on sale now.
Symphonic Fantasies London will feature music from Kingdom Hearts, Secret of Mana, Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross, and of course, Final Fantasy. The concert will be performed by the London Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Eckehard Stier, with arrangements by Jonne Valtonen and Roger Wanamo.
Tickets start at £30, and go up to £65. It might feel a little early to be ordering tickets for an event 10 months away, but don't wait too long if you want to attend: roughly half of the seats in the balcony and stalls section are already sold. But if a trip to London is out of your budget, you could always check out the previous Symphonic Fantasies concerts on iTunes.
