Back inside the tower, keep heading down until a giant portion of the catwalk collapses and is replaced by a couple of stripey ladders.

When you reach the end of the second ladder, turn to face remnants of the platform to the left.

Shine the torch on the wall above it to reveal the last drawing.

Tower Emblem #3

As you approach the last stretch, you'll climb down a ladder that has miraculously managed to stay upright.

As soon as step off the ladder, look over the edge of the walkway to spot the emblem on the central structure, and have Claire shoot it.
