Soul Seeds
Baird is one of the few characters who won’t stray far from his usual spot.
Who you get it from: Baird, who is in the Arcade that is part of the North-South Corridor. You’ll find him wearing a human-sized version of the Final Fantasy Black Mage outfit.
When you can obtain the quest: Anytime after completing Main Quest 1-2
Rewards for completion: 400 gil, Black Tattoo x1, Max HP +40, Strength +2, Magic +4
Instructions for completion: As you explore all four lands in Lightning Returns, you’ll come across dark blue glowing orbs called soul seeds. Baird will happily compensate you for trading these soul seeds. He also has colleagues in other regions who’ll do the same. You’ll get the above rewards for the first batch of soul seeds you give him.
Note: You will need to pay a 2000 gil Seedhunter Membership fee before you can begin redeeming soul seeds.
