Who you get it from: Tanbam, the hooded fellow near the entrance of The Slaughterhouse.

When you can obtain the quest: After completing Main Quest 2-3.

Rewards for completion: 4200 gil, Nickel Gear x1, Max HP +140, Strength +12, Magic +8

Instructions for completion: Defeat the Desmond machine in a special Slaughterhouse match.
