Episode 2: Contemplation - Claire and Moira
This episode will see some crossover between the four character's paths, so you'll spot some items that you won't be able to interact with until later on, or some that you've already collected. Go ahead and ignore them for the most part. We'll give you the heads up if you need to pay them some attention.
So with that in mind, sweep the fishing village for collectibles before turning in both items to Gabe because things will kick off once you give him what he needs, and to say that there won't be a whole lot of time to go poking around would be an understatement.
Kafka Drawing #1
Switch to Moira as soon as you're able and once the doors of the Wossek building are open, head outside.
Shine the flashlight on the Wossek sign to reveal the drawing.
Tower Emblem #1
Facing the Wossek building, head around to the left and past the stairs (there's a Gimmick box up there, but ignore it as you can't do anything with it during this part of the campaign).
Make your way down the path behind the stairs.
The Tower Emblem is at the end, next to a couple of barrels.
Military Box #1
Facing the Wossek building, head around to the right, and climb up the small platform.
Give Moira a boost to enter the blue house with the broken ladder.
Drop down, open the blue door in front of you, and then leg it outside because you're about to get some company, and a crowbar just isn't going to cut it.
When the coast is clear, pop back inside to find the military chest.
