The oil in Shrine of the Tablet: Atomos’ Sands is pretty close to the location’s entrance

Who you get it from: Bhakti, in the Sacred Grove of the Temple Ruins. He’s best accessible via the North Gate or by Cactuar-teleporting to the Sacred Gate. Note: You do not need to speak to Bhakti first in order to collect the items he needs. This is good to know especially when you have a three-day time limit after you formally start the quest.

When you can obtain the quest: Any time.

Rewards for completion: Cyber Scanners x1, Max HP +80, Strength +4, Magic +4

Instructions for completion: Bhakti is in search of three Bhakti’s Oils. You can get all three if you look at the base of the Oasis Lighthouse. Otherwise, you can find four more here: 1) Inside the Shrine of the Tablet: Dry Floodlands, 2) inside the Shrine of the Tablet: Atomos’ Sands, 3) under a skeleton near Shrine of the Tablet: Grave of the Colossi, 4) at Tobias’ store in Ruffian.

Hand over the oils to Bhakti, who will then lead you to a door you must enter. Look at the skeleton at the corner of the room where you’ll receive some items. After this interaction, speak to Bhakti to complete the quest.
