Here’s where you can find Tobias

Who you get it from: Tobias, who runs a shop along the cave exterior of Ruffian.

When you can obtain the quest: Any time.

Rewards for completion: 500 gil, Snakeskin Hat x1, Max HP +50, Strength +4, Magic +2

Instructions for completion: You simply need to complete the ‘His Wife’s Dream’ side quest. Report back to Tobias after the quest is complete. Now you can take advantage of Tobias’ expanded store stock.
