We've been given a smashing challenge (pun fully intended) this week, which involves finding a Fortnite telescope and destroying it, along with a television and a telephone pole. The latter two items are generally found all over the place, but if you're trying to clear the Fortnite Cameo vs Chic challenges then you may need some help tracking down the elusive eyepieces. If you've not been inspecting the Fortnite island in tiny detail, you may not have seen any of these viewing instruments before as they're few and far between, but we've got a number of Fortnite telescope locations marked out to help you on your way. We've also got advice on where to find Fortnite televisions and telephone poles, should you be having any trouble tracking them down.
Fortnite Telescope locations
We've marked six of the Fortnite Telescope locations we've found on the map, which should hopefully be enough for you to find one and destroy it to get through this challenge. They're pretty easy to spot once you arrive at the indicated areas, but if you need more specifics on where the Fortnite Telescopes can be found then check out the descriptions below:
- D1 - Poking out of a bush to the northwest of the small island
- E1 - On the balcony of the shack in the southeast of the small island
- B5 - Upstairs in the southeast Holly Hedges house
- B7 - West of Slurpy Swamp on top of a shipping container
- F6 - On the balcony deck of the northwest Lazy Lake house
- F6 - On the rooftop of the southeast Lazy Lake house
Fortnite Television locations
Fortnite Televisions are plentiful, and can be found inside many of the houses dotted around the island. If you're still struggling to find one to smash up, head to any of these named locations and start going through the homes until you locate one:
- Holly Hedges
- Lazy Lake
- Misty Meadows
- Pleasant Park
- Retail Row
- Salty Springs
Fortnite Telephone Pole locations
You'll find Fortnite Telephone Poles alongside many of the roads crisscrossing the map, as pictured above. Simply head to any highway then follow it a short distance and there should always be a pole ready for smashing.
