Spider-Man: Brand New Day is swinging into cinemas sooner than anticipated with surprise early screenings.
As revealed by Amazon, Prime members can now put themselves on the mailing list for July 29 screenings, two days before the general release of the fourth Spider-Man MCU movie.
While details are thin on the ground, those based in the US can head on over to Amazon.com/Brandnewday to sign up to be notified for ticket releases.
Right now, it appears to only be in "select theatres nationwide" and in partnership with Fandango.
Still, the chance to catch Spidey thwipping into sight a few days early is proving tantalizing. Not only is Tom Holland's Peter Parker teaming up with Jon Bernthal's The Punisher on the big screen, but there's been serious speculation over the identity of Sadie Sink's mystery character. Could she be Jean Grey? A familiar face from Spidey's comics? Or someone else entirely? If you sign up, you'll be able to find out before 99% of the world.
The early screening news arrives alongside confirming that a second Brand New Day trailer has been rated for release.
Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige has only raised expectations further by promising that Brand New Day will become the first Spider-Man MCU movie to focus on the web-slinger's "classic elements". Namely, living alone in a dingy apartment while fighting crime.
