Transformers: Dark of the Moon scores a new full-length trailer

It's not long before Bayhem is unleashed in 3D, but until Transformers: Dark of the Moon arrives, eager fans can sate themselves with this new promo, dubbed a '3D trailer'.

Sadly, you wont be able to watch this in 3D, but it will be trailing that way in cinemas equipped with multidimensional screening capabilities.

There's not a great deal of new footage compared to the previous trailer, but what is new is very impressive indeed.

As you can probably guess, the latest promo hasn't been used to plant in some additional character beats (we still see very little of Megan Fox-replacement Rosie Huntington-Whiteley) or beef up the back story.

Instead, it's being used to showcase even more of the movie's jaw-dropping set pieces, with additional footage of Optimus Prime and Bumblebee tearing into action.

It's right here if you fancy taking a gander:

Transformers: Dark of the Moon is released on 1 July 2011.
