The Quarantine Zone skeleton guy presents you with a unique challenge in the early stages of the game, as they're unlike any of the other survivors who have passed through your checkpoint before. You can't miss them as they have a bag shoved over their head that can't be removed, along with bony fingers sticking out from the sleeves of their hoodie, so how do you deal with them? Here's everything you need to know about what to do with the skeleton survivor in Quarantine Zone and who they actually are.

While the Quarantine Zone skeleton guy looks somewhat different to the usual survivors traipsing through your checkpoint, you can process him in exactly the same way as the rest of them. While you can't remove the bag on his head for a visual inspection of any Quarantine Zone symptoms, if you target him with the Thermopulsometer you'll see that both Pulse and Temperature are within normal range.

However, the news is less good for ol' skelly if you switch to your Reflex Hammer, as hitting one of his arms will cause the other to flail, and the same reaction can be observed with his legs. This is the classic Crossed Reflex symptom, which is a sure-fire indication of a fatal infection, so tag that symptom on your tablet and send skeleton guy to Liquidation – if you want a glimpse of what's under the bag, then follow him to Liquidation and peek through the door before it closes.

Who is skeleton guy in Quarantine Zone?

The mysterious skeleton guy is an in-game representation of TikTok and YouTube Content Creator @DieDevDie, which you can confirm if you view their profile on the Distribution tab of your tablet screen. DieDevDie was an early streamer of Quarantine Zone, and appears as one of many content creator cameos in the game, alongside other Easter egg characters such as Crazy Dave from Plants vs Zombies (the guy with a pan on his head) and Dead By Daylight survivors Claudette, Dwight, Jake, and Meg – see if you can spot them all!
