Intel #13: Once you fall through the floor, splitting up from Gideon, you will see a person walk to the left in the doorway ahead of you. Follow him left and the laptop will be in front of you before turning to the left to continue following him.
Intel #14: As soon as you exit the building from the previous laptop, drop down to the ground to meet up with Gideon and enter this portable building to find the intel inside it.
