Since its inception as a downloadable add-on to FIFA 09, FIFA’s Ultimate Team mode has become a wildly popular global phenomenon. Thanks to a dedicated fanbase spending their hard-earned money on collectible player cards to create custom online fantasy teams, FUT has generated hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue for Electronic Arts. While most players find themselves spending a few bucks here and there, a select few drop quite a bit more than that. But not you! 3) Stay offline to start - For the most part, you’re going to want to refrain from the urge to go online right away. If you jump in too fast, you’ll find yourself matched up with players with unbelievable teams that can quickly turn you off of the mode.
