MINDCANDY

A weekly rummage in the attic of sci-fi

As the entire globe went spy-crazed in the mid '60s, another member of the Connery clan hitched his star to the Bond bandwagon. Sean's younger brother Neil brought his residual star power to this shameless Italian knock-off, which also featured cheeky turns by 007 franchise veterans Daniela Bianchi (From Russia With Love) and Adolfo Celi (Thunderball), along with Mi6 mainstays Bernard Lee (M) and Lois Maxwell (Moneypenny). Shocking. Possshitively shocking.
