The best early Black Friday Nintendo Switch deals in 2026: biggest savings available now
All the best early deals
This week's early Black Friday Nintendo Switch deals have brought us new savings on the Switch 2 system, additional game discounts, and a couple of extra controller options to choose from. While some of last week's heavy hitters have been rotated out the roster, though, I have faith these fan favorites will return.
That's because this year's Black Friday Nintendo Switch deals will need to focus on titles and tech more than ever.
The once $449.99 / £395.99 Nintendo Switch 2 is now $499.99 / £419.99 after it received a price increase earlier this year, and its games' MSRPs are often a bit of a sore spot. However, I'm hoping to see plenty better deals before the holiday season.
The jury is still out whether any number of the newest Switch 2 bundles will drop in price, but I fully suspect we'll see juicier deals across a wide variety of accessories and games, particularly for the older handheld. The OG Switch is now 9 years old, and that's almost a decade's worth of titles ready for the taking. Recent releases from Metroid Prime 4 Beyond are already seeing huge markdowns, and I've gathered it and all the best early game, accessory, and console deals below so you can start shopping asap.
Black Friday Nintendo Switch deals and I have a long history, and in 2026 I'm already hunting down the biggest savings ahead of this year's event. With the Switch 2 now into its second year, there's now plenty of game and accessories to go around, and I'll be tracking the lot in order to provide you with the best deals this holiday season.
The retailers to know
- Amazon: bundles from $529
- Best Buy: games from $13.99

- GameStop: up to 30% off games
UK:

- Very: up to £35 off bundles
- Currys: accessories from £7.99
- Argos: Switch 2 titles from £19.99
Early Black Friday Nintendo Switch 2 deals
The Nintendo Switch 2 is seeing a rare discount at Woot right now, with $30 off a new device. Savings here are usually limited to refurbished models so, while we're still above the previous $449 MSRP (prices jumped to $499 in November) this is one of the few discounts we've seen in the last couple of months.

Switch Sports Resort is being bundled in with the Nintendo Switch 2 console for just $30 extra right now. With the new $499 MSRP of the handheld and the latest island mini game pack coming in at $59.99, that's a solid saving.

Nintendo has two holiday bundles already on the shelves in 2026, and the Mario Kart package has returned to be one of them. This is the more expensive of the two with that $549.99 price tag, but with Mario Kart hitting at $79.99 by itself it's still a saving.

Early Black Friday Nintendo Switch game deals
So long as you don't mind adding a game-key card to your collection, Persona 3 Reload is down to just $25 right now ahead of Black Friday. This is a brand new record-low price on the Switch 2 version.

Minecraft Dungeons 2 is still fairly new to the shelves (releasing at the end of September). So, while it's not a massive saving, Woot's debut discount on the Switch 2 game key card version is still worth tipping a cap to.

Here's how this deal works. The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild will cost you $69 on Switch 2 if you buy the physical copy. An upgrade from the Switch 1 version, however, will only set you back $9.99. Take Woot's current $46.99 sale price on the original cart, add that upgrade price, and you've got the full Switch 2 experience for just $56.98 (about $12 off).

Still playing catch up with the Metroid series? Metroid Prime 4 Beyond is now a little over $10 off on the Switch 2, and it's just $34.99 if you're after an OG Switch copy this week.

I've seen Kirby Air Riders down at just a hair over $50 in previous discounts, so Best Buy's early Black Friday Nintendo Switch deals still have a little further to fall. Still, this Switch 2 kind-of-launch-title is already starting to trickle down the price scale this week.

Metroid Ravenous is seeing the same pattern a number of first party Switch 2 pre-orders have seen this year - a $10 discount at Amazon that disappears after release. This is a solid chance to save ahead of that January launch date.

Early Black Friday Nintendo Switch accessory deals
The PowerA Slim Case is one of the cheaper clamshell options on the market, so its $19.99 MSRP doesn't have too far to drop. A 25% discount takes a solid $5 off the price here, within a few pennies of its lowest ever.

The Turtle Beach Airlite Fit is one of the cheapest headset options out there for the Switch 2 at full price, so any discount like today's $10 off is automatically a bargain.

A smaller saving on a cheaper Joy-Con replacement system here. The GameSir X5s doesn't hold up against some of the more luxurious options on the market, but if you want a wider set of gamepads for handheld mode it's looking far more affordable than official pads right now.

The GameSir Super Nova regularly tails it down to this $29.99 sales position, but that doesn't make it any less impressive. In the hands this feels far more premium than a $30 gamepad should. Considering we're at a record-low price and this is the rate I'd expect to see in official Black Friday Nintendo Switch 2 deals, this is an easy win.

8BitDo's N64 controller was originally designed for the Analogue 3D console, but it connects up to Switch and Switch 2 as well. At $10 off, the colorful gray gamepad is down at a record-low price this week - we've only seen it at $38.24 in the past.

A golden oldie here, the Razer Barracuda X has been a go-to Switch headset for almost as long as it's been on the shelves, and it rarely drops below today's $69 sales position.

The Belkin Charging Case Pro is one of the more luxurious Switch 2 accessories on the market, but if you've had your eye on its built-in charger and LED display you'll want to note this $10 discount. The $100 (yes $100) Switch 2 case has held firm at MSRP for most of its life, but we're just $5 off the record-low we spotted for a few days back in June here.

When will Black Friday Nintendo Switch deals start?
Black Friday Nintendo Switch deals will officially kick off on November 27. That being said the deals are already flowing. This spooky season is, of course, home to this year's Amazon Prime Day deals, and if 2025 is anything to go by, the savings should continue into Black Friday and beyond.
Which Nintendo Switch 2 accessories are the ones to watch this Black Friday?
If you already have a Nintendo Switch 2 at your disposal and are waiting for the Black Friday deals to create your new Ninty gaming setup, there's bound to be plenty controllers, cases, headsets, and microSD Express Cards set to receive price cuts this year.
Where controllers are concerned, you've got your pick. There's plenty available now and while I don't expect to see any major price drops for Nintendo's Switch 2 Pro controller, there's always the 8BitDo Ultimate 2 to consider. It currently tops our best Nintendo Switch 2 controller guide as far as value is concerned, as the wireless pad brings a comfortable, Pro-like form factor, drift-defying TMR sticks, and it comes with its own charging stand.
You can typically find it at $59.99 / £60, but much like the rest of 8BitDo's back cataloge, it's prone to discounts. This summer it could be found for as little as $40.87 at Amazon, and I have no qualms speculating that it will likely be a fixture of this year's sales. If you're hoping for something with more retro appeal, the 8BitDo's 64 pad could make an appearance this year. Its 44.99 price tag is already pretty reasonable, but any cash off would make it an even more alluring pick to play alongside the Ocarina of Time Remake, which launches just ahead of Black Friday.
The Belkin Switch 2 case range is the one I'd recommend keeping an eye on as this holiday's sales events get officially underway. The Belkin Charging Case Pro currently tops out best Switch 2 case guide, but its $99.99 / £99.99 price is a lot to pay for a case, or any accessory, for that matter. The older Belkin Charging Case and even its non-charging Carrying Case were fixtures of last year's sales, so that's every chance the new Pro model will make an appearance this Black Friday. I sincerely hope it does, as it lets you charge your handheld on the go and has been monumental in helping me fight back against the lackluster battery of Ninty's newest handheld.
When it comes to Switch 2 SD cards, things get a bit complicated. I fully suspect many of the best Nintendo Switch 2 microSD Express Card picks will see decent discounts this year, but whether they'll be worthwhile is another question. Much like gaming SSDs, the prices of some Switch 2 SD cards have begun to fluctuate. For example, the once $199.99 1TB PNY microSD Express card is currently listed for $299.99 at Amazon, which is a lot to spare for some additional storage. Any cash off isn't truly going to be a proper "saving" in the sense of the word, as it'll likely drop the price to still be higher than it was at launch. With that in mind, I'd recommend sticking to lower capacity cards this Black Friday. Picking up a 256GB card is going to be far less expensive, and the neat thing is that you don't have to stick with the officially licensed options either.
We're also busy preparing for this year's best Black Friday PS5 deals and the best Black Friday gaming laptop deals as well.

Ever since I first held a NES controller in my hand I've been obsessed with gaming, and the hardware it runs on. I could hook up a NES and SNES to a telly, without instructions, before I could walk. Even now, nothing is more exciting then taking a console, or handheld, out the box for the first time and setting it up. This obsession transformed into a love of games and game music, which lead to my music degree and dream of becoming the Scottish Nobuo Uematsu. After sharing my love of games through music, I began to share my love through words on sites like TechRadar and iMore. This lead to becoming a Hardware staff writer for PCGamesN, and later the Senior Tech Writer for Dexerto, covering all things Steam Deck, PlayStation and Nintendo. With that experience, I was able to level up as Hardware Editor for GamesRadar+, where I'm still just as Nintendo, PlayStation and gaming tech obsessed as ever.
