Scarlett Johansson has been lined up to play Jenna Jameson in a new biopic, by none other than Jameson herself.
Speaking at this month's Comic Con, Jameson said that she was an admirer of Scarlett's, and particularly her performance in Lost In Translation. "I remember thinking to myself, this girl has such a sexuality without even really trying to be sexy. I was like, 'This girl could play me.' I love her. She's amazing. She's smart, she's funny. ... She's stunning. I don't want someone who's going to go in there and be like bouncing around. I want someone who can bring some depth."
Sadly for Johansson fans, Jameson probably won't get her wish, with Scarlett's representative telling People.com, "Scarlett has never seen a script nor been approached about this project. She also has no interest in playing this role."
Still, you never know, if the script turns out to be this year's Being John Malkovich, maybe we can still convince her. It won't though, will it? It'll be lucky if it's this year's Private Parts. Still, we can dream can't we?
