The Black Friday 2025 discounting has effectively started in Australia, with major retailers like JB Hi-Fi and now Amazon triggering their big November sales events well in advance of the official November 28 date. I highlighted some of the PS5 bargains from JB Hi-Fi yesterday, but now that Amazon has come on board, it's looking like, uh, bad news for anyone who bought Battlefield 6 at launch.

Why? Because as recently as last week, EA's new military shooter cost AU$109. Now, only weeks after the blockbuster launched, Amazon is selling the PS5 version for AU$59. It's an extraordinary price for a newly released game, and one I'd leap on ahead of Christmas.
