How to redeem Dragon Ball Legends codes

The website to redeem Dragon Ball Legends codes

(Image credit: Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc.)

To redeem Dragon Ball Legends codes, there is a process you need to follow involving the Bandai Namco Entertainment Web Store, which we'll take you through step by step below:

  • Go to the Bandai Namco Entertainment Web Store DBL Promo Code page
  • Select Login/New Registration
  • Log in or set up a Bandai Namco ID account if you don't have one already
  • Open the game on your phone, and tap the three bar Menu button in the bottom right corner of the screen
  • Select Other
  • Select Data Transfer Settings
  • Select Transfer through a Bandai Namco ID Account
  • Accept the terms of service
  • You should see a message confirming "Transfer settings with Bandai Namco ID account has been completed," then hit OK
  • Go back to the Bandai Namco Entertainment Web Store DBL Promo Code page and log in, check your Dragon Ball Legends Player ID against that displayed in the game to confirm the correct account is linked, then hit Proceed
  • Type a promo code into the text box, then hit the Input button for confirmation that the promo is valid
  • Open the Shop from the main game screen on your phone, where an Item Receipt screen will appear confirming your reward
  • In some cases, free Chrono Crystals and other items may be sent to your Gift Box instead, so if they don't appear in the Shop then also check the Present icon in the top right of the main game screen

Expired Dragon Ball Legends codes

  • LEGEND6194 – 200 Chrono Crystals
  • VICTORY0207 – 300 Chrono Crystals
  • PVPENJOY – 200 Chrono Crystals
  • SMART4729 – 200 Chrono Crystals
  • 1187ENDYEAR – 300 Chrono Crystals
  • 20CONTINUE25 – Chrono Crystals

There are already a few expired Dragon Ball Legends codes that we're aware of, so their Chrono Crystals can no longer be claimed as they are now invalid. Make sure you redeem the other promos as soon as you can, as they will no doubt move down to this section at some point.
