How long is Lego Batman Legacy of the Dark Knight, and how long to beat the story specifically? Or, alternatively, what's the length of the game if you're out to get 100% completion and do everything that the map has to offer? Having taken a lot from the Arkham games, Lego Batman has a lot of optional content that can really expand the game's length if you're determined to see all of it, but if you're just focused on the story, it shouldn't take you too long.

How long is the story in Lego Batman Legacy of the Dark Knight?

If you just want to do the story missions and finish the campaign in Lego Batman, it'll probably take you between 10 and 15 hours (assuming you don't do anything else).

Legacy of the Dark Knight's story is broken up into five chapters and you can replay missions as much as you like, and with it not being particularly difficult (unless you're playing on the highest difficulty). Of course, you can go back to missions to find collectibles, especially if you're out to get all the Lego Batman Legacy of the Dark Knight Red Bricks or similar.

If you want to do everything in the game - unlock every suit, find every collectible and complete every challenge - that will probably double the length of the game to about 25 to 35 hours, depending on player skill and focus.

Of course, Lego Batman is expected to get a new DLC in September 2026, which will expand the game accordingly (though we don't know by how much yet).
