Red Brick locations in Lego Batman Legacy of the Dark Knight are one of the most major collectibles, with 23 of them hidden around the game in different levels, each one offering a modifier that can alter Batman, but maybe not in quite the way you're expecting. In previous Lego games red bricks were a way to enable cheats and impact gameplay in certain ways, but in Legacy of the Dark Knight, that's been changed, and now they have a different impact.

To explain it all, I'll take you through what Red Bricks do, how to trigger the modifiers that they provide, and more importantly, how to find every Red Brick in Lego Batman Legacy of the Dark Knight!

How to get all Red Bricks in Lego Batman Legacy of the Dark Knight

There are 23 Red Bricks for players to find in Lego Batman, 14 of which are found as collectibles and 9 of which are purchased in the Bat-Mite store. They're all laid out below, including how to get them and what they do.

Red Brick modifiers explained in Lego Batman Legacy

A player chooses suits in Lego Batman Legacy of the Dark Knight

Red Bricks in Lego Batman unlock cosmetic modifiers for your suits and vehicles, basically allowing you to change their color or paintjob! You can apply these changes to literally any suit or vehicle you own.

To use Red Brick modifiers, go into the pause menu that would allow you to change suits or vehicle appearances for any of the characters, and press Square on PS5 / X on Xbox to open the Red Brick modifier list. From there, you can choose whichever modifier you've unlocked!

This is a clear distinction from previous Lego games, as mentioned, where Red Bricks used to be used to unlock cheats and game modifiers. However, Lego Batman Legacy of the Dark Knight cheats and modifiers are handled a bit differently now, with far less emphasis overall. Certain parts of gameplay, like the Lego Batman Legacy of the Dark Knight stud multiplier, are now tied to other mechanics rather than cheats or Red Bricks.
