Location #1 - Courtyard

Examine the bible for a secondary location.
Clue #2 - Exam of Lionel Viala
Lionel's acing so many exams, he doesn't even bother to stick them up on his fridge anymore. He just tosses them away.
Clue #3 - Exam of Pierre Simeoni
Pierre's disappointing exam results are to the right of the body.
Clue #4 - Trail of Blood
The trail of blood will lead to a third location - the school.
Clue #5 - Statement of Lionel Viala
Speak to Lionel to add his statement to the case file.
Clue #6 - Statement of Pierre Simeoni
Talk to Pierre for his statement.

Clue #1 - Statement of the Church Deacon
The deacon is just to the side of the gate.
Clue #2 - Statement of the Priest
Take the priest's statement and we're done here.

Clue #2 - Statement of the School Caretaker
The caretaker will give you another location to visit.

The lesson plan is on the desk at the front of the classroom.

Inspect the bottles on the table in the corner to shed some light onto the mystery.
Clue #5 - Statement of Professor Frison
The statement of the Professor will lead you to the office.
Location #4 - Bedroom
The bedroom is above the schoolroom.
Clue #1 - L'avantcourer Journal
The journal is on the floor next to the bed.
Clue #2 - Key
The key is at the foot of the bed and will grant you access to the office.
Location #5 - Office
The locked door to the office is in the courtyard. You can open it using the key you found in the bedroom.
Clue #1 - Scrap of Paper
The scrap of paper is on the floor by the door.
Clue #2 - List of Chemicals
The list of chemicals is on the floor by the desk.
Clue #3 - Manifesto
The last clue is the manifesto on a bench by the window.
Whodunnit?
The murderer was a very jealous Professor Frison.
To accuse him straightaway, inspect the body, then confront the Professor in the Schoolroom.
