Talk to Bella for a description of her father, who is very probably in a bag on the shore with a lot less body fat than he's accustomed to.

Clue #3 - Statement of Old Woman

Speak to the freeloading old woman upstairs for another location.

Clue #4 - Letter from Jamie

Read the letter upstairs to discover another spot to visit.

Location #4 - Shop

Clue #1 - Statement of the Shopkeeper

Speak to the Shopkeeper to add his statement to your case file.

Clue #2 - List of Errands

Check the floor by the shopkeeper to find the list of errands.

Location #5 - Butcher Shop

Clue #1 - Large Sackcloth Bag

Inspect the sacks by the stall for the first clue.

Clue #2 - Statement of the Butcher

It turns out the guy rolling around on the floor isn't just a drunk hobo - it's the butcher. Get his statement and carry on poking around.

The last clue in the case is the bundle of letters on the chair.

Whodunnit?

It was the Scotsman, Jamie. He chopped up Bella's father and made him into haggis. Way to deviate from stereotypes, guy.
