Here it is: the latest Spider-Man: Homecoming trailer and oof, it's got some moments. The key one being a confrontation between Tony Stark and Peter Parker where he demands the Stark-made Spidey-suit back.
The dialogue hits hard - "I'm nothing without the suit," says Parker. "If you're nothing without this suit, then you shouldn't have it," replies Stark. Ouch.
There's also some big action sequences including a boat split apart by the Vulture and an airborne fight involving a plane. Quite a lot of the action shows Parker's school life and relationship with his friend Ned, played by Jacob Batalon, and sets up the Vulture as a sort of wannabe revolutionary against the rich and powerful "people like Stark".

Directed by Jon Watts and starring Tom Holland, Zendaya, Michael Keaton, Marisa Tomei, and Donald Glover, Spider-Man: Homecoming will hit theaters on July 7, 2017.
