Find all collectibles in Neverdead's eight chapters and nab the "The Great Collector" achievement/trophy

Throughout Neverdead, there are ten collectibles that can be found in each of the eight chapters, giving you some much needed additional experience points for upgrades, as well as the “The Great Collector” achievement and/or trophy for your troubles. Most of the collectibles can be found with a little bit of persistence, but some of them are just down right sneaky in their hiding places.
