Most of Lionhead's staff have already left the studio following its closure by Microsoft but it officially shuts down today for good.
Microsoft canned its only game, Fable Legends, back in March and closed Lionhead shortly after, along with several other internal studios.
Lionhead was obviously the highest profile victim of that restructuring, having been founded by Peter Molyneux and responsible for the Black & White games and The Movies, as well the Fable.
The last few members of the team seem to be shutting up shop for good today and staff, both past and present, are tweeting out their feelings on the matter.
