Halo 4s new trailer dissected: The most tantalizing screens and quotes

Features
By Charlie Barratt published 5 March 2012

How will Master Chief’s next game look, sound and play? We’ve gone through Halo 4’s newest video frame-by-frame for clues, and captured over 50 screens for your analysis

When you purchase through links on our site, we may earn an affiliate commission. Here’s how it works.

We want this to be our Halo game.

We want this to be our Halo game.

For almost a year, all weve had is the single trailer. All weve had is the single scene of Master Chief reawakening from his cryogenic slumber and escaping with Cortana from the exploding ship. All weve had beyond that is rumor and speculation.

Now, finally, we have more. So much more. With the release of a first look Halo 4 making-of documentary this morning, and the power of the pause button, we have over 50 new screens everything from multiplayer gameplay to cutscene animation to the Chief chillin' behind the wheel of an upgraded Warthog and dozens of developer quotes to obsess over.

Start our slideshow to see them all!
