Outstanding Balance quest walkthrough for Arc Raiders

The Arc Raiders Outstanding Balance mission has you searching for Dodger's Stash in the Traffic Tunnels under Blue Gate, and it's a real challenge for all involved, as you'll have to complete tasks underground and risk the wrath of Shredders, before heading to the surface and dealing with all the perils that brings. I recommend bringing a free loadout and playing simply to complete this objective, so you don't have to risk anything in the process. With that in mind, I'll explain the Outstanding Balance quest in our walkthrough below, and where to find Dodger's Stash so you can get in and out quick.

How to complete the Outstanding Balance quest in Arc Raiders

Solving the Outstanding Balance quest is split into two major objectives:

1. Finding Dodger's Stash in the Traffic Tunnel
2. Finding Dodger's Deal Spot at Pilgrim's Peak Antenna

All this takes place in the Blue Gate map and has to be completed in a single run, so we definitely recommend being prepared accordingly. Experienced players should be comfortable going in with gear that can handle the increased threats, but for anybody who's not sure, we recommend taking the free loadout as mentioned - your odds might be lower, but you'll not be risking anything.

Dodger's Stash location

To find Dodger's Stash in Arc Raiders you'll need to reach the spot marked above on the map. To do that, reach the Traffic Tunnel entrance and follow this path:

1. Head in the left most side of the Tunnel entrance. Take care as there will be usually a shredder here.
2. Fight or sneak past the shredder and keep heading forwards, hugging the left hand side of the tunnel.
3. Keep going up the tunnel until you reach this area, where you'll probably have to get past another Shredder:

5. When you get to this area, the stash is hidden in the far corner under the blue tarp.
6. Search the stash to trigger a booby trap and the second part of the quest.

Dodger's deal spot location

You'll now have to get out of the tunnels and find where Dodger did his deals at the Pilgrim's Peak antenna. To do that as easily as possible follow the map above by following these instructions:

1. Take the tunnel immediately to the right of the stash area and keep following the path ahead. You'll cross into the other side of the tunnels but keep going straight until you see some wide stairs going up.
2. Go up the stairs and follow the corridor until you find a zipline in a lift shaft.
3. Take the zipline up and you'll come out at the base of Pilgrim's Peak.
4. Head up to Pilgrim's Peak and take the zipline up in the center of the main tower.
5. Jump off the zipline in the middle rather than going to the top and you'll find Dodger's Deal spot here, between two red electrical boxes.

6. Search the spot and you'll get Dodger's notes, which you'll now have to extract with and deliver to Tian Wen.

Your reward for all that will be an Aviator outfit, and extended medium mag III and a Silencer II.
