I think your next task is pretty obvious. Get slicing!

If Sebastian didn't have hepatitis before, he sure as hell has it now. When he falls into yet another coagulating pool of blood, drain the area if you so wish, then head up the fallen walkway to the lever on the wall.

Give it good yank twice. On the second pull, the figurine will drop from the chute.
