Ostown: Goofy’s Fountain Mishap

Once you head down the lift, rotate the bars again to reach a new, even lower area.

Make your way up the series of lifts and pipes. Be sure to hit all the glowing wheels on your way up.

This will drain out the thinner, giving you access to the ground floor. Down here, drag the two statue pieces to the pipe to send them up to Goofy.

Use the lift to descend a third time. There are two paths in this area. One side leads to the Oswald statue head, the other to the Mickey statue head. Grab one or both, and send it up the pipe to Goofy.

Now return to Goofy and choose either head to complete the statue and the quest.
