Cyberpunk 2077 mantis blades are a special cyberware melee weapon that you can have installed in your arms from certain Ripperdocs, assuming you have the money and street cred to pay for it. They're some of the deadliest weapons in the game, especially if you can get the perks to match them, but they're costly and something you'll have to work towards over time. With that in mind, here's how to find a ripperdoc to install the Cyberpunk 2077 mantis blades into your arms.

To get mantis blades you'll first need both enough street cred and money to buy them. The majority of ripperdocs will stock mantis blades - found under the arms section of the cyberware enhancements menu - but they're locked behind that requirement to have at least level 20 street cred. If you need to earn more then hit as many gigs as you can and rinse through side mission stuff to boost your standing. You'll also need around 16,000 eddies in order to actually buy them once you're cool enough.

Once you have them they'll appear in your inventory under cyberware, which is where you can apply mods to them - like adding fire for extra damage. You can also switch to them using your weapons wheel at any point too.

If you really want to dial into the mantis blade strengths, you'll want to spec your character out accordingly. The more you use them, the higher your skill with them will get, as you'll be earning skill points for wielding the blades. The higher your skill then gets the higher your damage buffs will be.

Make sure you also make use of the strong attack option, which you can use by holding down the attack button. This will let you leap to an enemy and dig your blades in for a powerful attack that could apply a bleeding effect.

As for skills and perks, you'll want to try and funnel points into Body and Reflexes, especially with perks that increased melee weapon damage. Within Reflexes there's also a perk that'll increase mantis blade damage by three too, which basically essential if you're going all in on arm swords.
