You cannot miss this. It’s just a couple steps in front of you at the start of the mission.

Walk another few meters and turn on your visor to help spot this intel. It’s on an elevated rock so you’ll have to jump up to grab this.
CELL INTEL #61
Progress along the left side of the cave. You’ll soon reach a hollowed out trailer with a CELL corpse. Inspect him for the intel.
CELL INTEL #62
Continue hugging the left side of the cave with your visor on. You should be able to spot another piece of intel.
NANOSUIT UPGRADE #24
When you first reach the Ceph caverns, look for a weapon pod. A nanosuit upgrade is nearby.
CELL INTEL #63
Near the same weapon pod is a stash of rocket launchers. There’s also a piece of intel under the ordinance.
CELL INTEL #65
When you work your way to the second primary objective, look around when you’re about 80 meters away from the objective. There’s CELL intel nearby.
CELL INTEL #66
Move along the right side of the cavern. When you reach a brightly lit area, look for an open metal container. There you’ll find the final intel of the game.
