Warzone Rook RAAL LMG loadout options and how to unlock it

The best Warzone RAAL LMG loadout can turn the weapon into a powerhouse that'll carry you through Call of Duty Warzone easily. With great control and recoil that makes it a superb LMG, for the most part the only thing you really need to worry about is the ADS speed thanks to its stability. If you don't know what the Warzone Scout Optics are for the RAAL challenge then the chances are you haven't unlocked them. Generally the first unlocks around level 27 for whatever LMG you're using. Scout optics are defined by their 3.25x magnification which makes these the options to look out for:

Because of its lack of recoil the RAAL LMG is a great long range option, with only the Aim Down Sights, or ADS, time something you need to worry about. A lot of recoil friendly attachments really hammer the ADS time and with a gun this steady it's not something you need to worry about too much. Because of that, we're going for the Stippled Grip Tape and FFS Oblique Underbarrel to boost the ADS, with added bonus that the FFS Oblique also has some extra recoil control. That 32.0" RAAL Line Breaker barrel improves your damage range and bullet velocity to make the RAAL better over distances, while giving you some additional recoil control. The RAAL Monocore suppressor boosts range again, and keeps you off the map while you're bothering people from afar. And, finally, we've slapped a 3.0x scope on there but you can use anything really just to improve target acquisition at range.

While you're obviously never going to get AR or SMG performance out of a beast like the RAAL, you can get a surprisingly mobile medium range option with the right attachments. A big part of that comes from the 50 Round Belt Mag that boosts your ADS, Sprint to Fire, Movement Speed and Reload quickness. That immediately makes getting around and firing quicker. The Tac Laser has a similar effect, buffing ADS, Aiming Stability and Aim Walking Steadiness. The 25.0" RAAL Tri-fold Light barrel also boost your ADS, along with the Underbarrel and Grip options here. The reason for all the ADS boosting is that while this LMG has incredible recoil aimed, it absolutely sprays when hip fired. Because of that you want to be able to get that sight up fast to land any damage. So, not one for room clearing but great at medium to close open engagements.

How to find the RAAL blueprint in Warzone

If you're lucky you'll get a Rook LMG from a blueprint dropping from crates in matches, or maybe even some ground loot. There's no quick fix, you just have to keep looking and hoping. The Rook blueprint features a range finding optic, silencer and almost no recoil. It's a hard hitting gun that absolutely slays the opposition at range.

How to unlock the Warzone RAAL LMG

To unlock the Wazone RAAL LMG in-game you'll need to complete the following challenge:

Get 5 kills in 7 different matches while using LMGs equipped with a Scout Optic

That's not too hard, but it will take some time. It's the same challenge, though, in both Warzone and Modern Warfare, so if you still have the latter installed it will be a lot faster to load that up and play the quicker multiplayer match there to tick off that seven match quota faster.
